Terms of Service

To reserve and drive a vehicle you must be at least 25 years old (or meet the minimum age stated for a specific vehicle), hold a valid driver's license, and provide the identity and payment information we request. Additional requirements may apply to certain vehicles.

A quote reflects the rate and terms available at the time it is generated and may change until a reservation is confirmed. Confirming a booking may require a deposit or a hold on your payment method. You authorize us to charge the amounts shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, fees, and any charges arising during the rental.

Cancellation terms are shown before you confirm a booking. Where a refund is due, it is returned to your original payment method. Some deposits and fees may be non-refundable as disclosed at the time of booking.

You agree to operate the vehicle lawfully and safely, only within any usage limits stated for the booking, and to return it in the condition you received it aside from normal wear. You are responsible for tolls, tickets, fuel or charging, and any damage, loss, or additional cleaning beyond ordinary use.

Insurance and protection options, along with any deductible or excess, are described during booking. Except where prohibited by law, our liability in connection with a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time you book applies to that booking. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
