Confirming a booking may require a refundable deposit or a temporary hold on your payment method, released after the vehicle is returned in the condition you received it. Protection options, along with any deductible or excess that applies, are described during booking so you know what's covered before you drive.

The cancellation terms for your reservation are shown before you confirm, so you can review them up front. Where a refund is due, it is returned to your original payment method. Some deposits or fees may be non-refundable, and that will always be disclosed at the time of booking rather than after.

A quote reflects the rate and terms available when it's generated and may change until your reservation is confirmed. At checkout you authorize the amounts shown — including applicable taxes and fees — and any deposit or hold that applies. Payments are processed securely, and refunds, when due, go back to the method you paid with.
